At Riffraff, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
